Frequently Asked Questions: Part 1



We receive a lot of trophy enquiries day in day out, and to save you the time of e-mailing or phoning us, here are some of our most frequently asked questions and the answers you need. This two-part article should help to ease any of your worries and ensure that ordering trophies and awards is a simple process for you.


1.       How do I process my order on the website, and ensure it has all the right engraving on each trophy/award?

Our website is very simple and will take you through each stage step by step. When you find a product you like, enter the quantity you need, and select whether you would like engraving, and add it to your basket.  It should take you through to entering the engraving and paying for the order. We have a tutorial video here which will take you through the process with screenshots.


2.       If I put an order in today, how long will it take for me to receive my product?

Our standard delivery (which is free if your order is over £35) is a week, so if you order today then your order will be with you on the same day next week, barring any major complications. We also do express services that cost slightly more, and can be with you in 3-days or 4-days’ time, depending on which you choose. If you need your order quicker than this, it is worth e-mailing us or giving us a ring as we may be able to get it out to you even quicker!


3.       How do I get my company logo on these awards?

As you go through the process of ordering your awards, you will be asked to enter the engraving you wish to appear on the trophy, you can enter the wording you would like here and put the word ‘LOGO’ at the appropriate point. When you receive your order confirmation, reply to the e-mail and attach your logo in ‘EPS vector file’ format. We will then put this with your order and send you a proof of artwork before we complete the order.


4.       I’ve received my order and there is something wrong with it, what do I do?

On the rare occasion that there is something wrong with your order, e-mail us as soon as you can telling us what the problem is (attaching photos if necessary) and what it should be like. We will do our best to get a replacement out to you the next day.


5.       Is the logo and message engraved or printed on your awards?

We offer a range of different services to personalise your order. For sports trophies and personalised gifts, we offer a diamond engraving service which is a fully computerised service ensuring quality and consistency. For corporate awards, wall plaques and sports awards, we offer a laser engraving service allowing us to engrave high quality images as well as writing. We also do a glass and crystal engraving service, for certain corporate awards and personalised gift items, leaving the design ‘frosted’ onto the surface of the award.
