Here is part 2 of our frequently asked questions at Challenge Trophies. We hope to save you as much time and effort as possible with these detailed answers in relation to our online ordering process and the trophies and awards that we sell. 6. What time of day will my order be delivered?

Your order will arrive via courier, so it will be with you between 8:00am and 6:00pm. If you would like to know a more specific time, you can ring on the morning of your delivery and we should then be able to tell you once we have received the notification.

 

7. What if I am not in to receive my delivery?

It is best to order your delivery to an address where you know somebody will be in on the given day. However, if you are not in when it is delivered, the courier will leave a calling card with the details of your order. You can call the number on the calling card to rearrange delivery or give them new instructions of where to deliver the parcel. If they don’t hear from you they will try to deliver once more on the following day.

 

8. Can you give me a quote for a delivery of X amount of trophies with engraving?

It is hard for us to give rough quotes unless we know the exact trophies you would like and the exact quantity. The best way for you to get an idea of the price of your order is to start adding your items to the basket at www.challengetrophies.co.uk . You will be able to see the total cost before you have to go through any of the payment stages. All prices include VAT and if the total price is more than £35, then the standard delivery option will be free, if it is below this amount then there is a flat delivery fee of £6.99. Engraving is charged per item at the price quoted on the individual product page.

 

9. I’m not sure of who will be winning the award yet, but I’d like to place the order and pay for it now. Is this possible?

It is fine to place the order without entering all of the engraving. The option is given to you during the checkout process, and once you receive your order confirmation you can e-mail us reminding us that you will be following up at a later date with the correct engraving. When you have all the details, drop us an e-mail and we will begin to process the order for you.

 

10. Can I get a 30 day account?

We only offer our 30 day accounts to organisations such as schools and clubs. If your company/school would like a 30 day account, please contact us before placing your order. If you are placing an order as an individual, we will need you to pay via PayPal or with a debit/credit card before we can process the order.
