Payment, delivery & returns

Payment

Payment can be made online using all major credit and debit cards via our secure server which employs the highest level of encryption currently available. Your payment details will never be transmitted over an unsecured connection.

All prices on our site include VAT.

Delivery

All orders received before 4.00pm on any working day will be dispatched within 5 working days of placing the order, unless a later delivery date has been requested during the order process.

Delivery is made using a well known courier service and a signature will be required at the time of delivery. Deliveries will be made between 9.00am and 6.00pm at the discretion of the courier.

Returns

Items Damaged in Transit or if you have received the wrong item

If any items were damaged in transit or incorrectly delivered, we ask that you report it to us within 7 working days. If the items are visibly damaged on receipt, it's best to sign the carrier's delivery note accordingly. Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories. Once received back into our warehouse, we'll issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method and reimburse your reasonable return carriage costs.

If you change your mind

If you have simply changed your mind about any item ordered and you wish to return it, then in line with the Distance Selling Regulations (DSR) you can do so provided you inform us of your decision within 10 days of receipt. The item must not be used and must be 'as new' when returned to us. Once you've informed us that you wish to return goods under the DSR, you have 28 calendar days to do so, at your own expense. Once the item is received by our warehouse, we'll issue a full refund for the product to your original payment method.

We always advise our customers to use some form of delivery that requires a signature on delivery such as Royal Mail Special or Recorded Delivery.

Please help us to avoid unnecessary delays by ensuring that you enclose documentation allowing us to clearly identify your order and explaining the reason for return.
