How to place an order through our website.

We have worked hard to try to make ordering from our website as simple as possible. With clear pricing, a searchable catalogue and a simple process for entering your engraving details we hope we’ve cracked it.

First you need to find the trophies or awards that suit your needs. Products that are currently popular with our customers appear on our home page for inspiration, otherwise we have categorised our products by either product type or sport, with a large range of universal awards available to ensure all sports and pastimes are covered. If you are looking for something more specific, there is also a ‘Product Search’ facility.
Once you have found the perfect trophy or award, simply follow the ‘More’ link that accompanies it.
Once you have selected a product that is of interest you will be presented with options for that product.
Many of our products are available in a range of sizes allowing you to tailor the size of the award to the level achieved by the recipient, or to choose 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place awards from the same range.
On this page you can also, where applicable, tailor the trophy or award to a specific sport and/or to the gender of the recipient and choose whether engraving is required.
Once you have selected all of the options, the selected items can be added to your basket.
Steps 1 and 2 can now be repeated until you have all of the trophies and awards you require collected in your basket.
Once you have all of your products in the basket, you can proceed to the engraving entry page for all of the items on your order. Please see below for a separate explanation of this process.
You are now given the opportunity to ensure that all of the details you have entered are correct.
The final step is to securely supply your invoice, delivery and payment details and leave the rest to us!

Adding engraving to your order.

After adding all of the trophies and awards you require to your basket, the next step is to enter your engraving requirements.

You have the option to enter these details now, or to supply them later by email.

We’ve tried to make this process as quick and easy as possible and have split the process into the following steps:

If you have ordered a large number of trophies for the same event then it is possible to enter any text that is standard to all items at the top of the page. This helps you to avoid retyping the same text repeatedly for every award.
You will however need to enter the complete text required for larger items such as tankards, hip flasks, salvers, presentation cups and some other larger items. This will be clearly indicated next to these items when you enter your engraving details.
In the lower part of the engraving entry page the items in your basket that have been selected for engraving will be listed with space to enter your engraving details. If you have submitted any standard text using the form at the top of the page, then you will find these details already completed for you. Some items also allow you to choose a font for your engraving.
Once you have entered all of your engraving details, press ‘Save & Continue’.
