What time of day will my order be delivered?
All deliveries are made by our courier between 8.00am and 6.00pm.
What will happen if I am not in to receive my delivery?
If you are not in when our courier attempts to deliver your order they will leave a calling card allowing you to contact them directly and arrange an alternative delivery date. If they do not hear from you they will attempt a re-delivery on the following working day.
Is ordering through your website secure?
We do everything in our power to ensure your details are always secure and are never transmitted over an unsecured connection.
Are there any hidden charges?
The total cost of your order can be calculated very easily. All prices advertised include VAT. If the total value of the goods you wish to order is below £25 then there is a flat fee for delivery of £8.99, otherwise delivery is Free. Engraving is charged per item at the price advertised with each individual item.
Do I have to supply my engraving details when I place the order?
No. You can, if you prefer, supply your engraving details by email at a later date. This option will be given to you during the checkout process.
